As someone who went to Williams and has been living in Koreatown L.A. since '95, I must say you definitely made the right decision on Williams. I worked at UCLA (similar USC) and have been on USC campus (had a light meter stolen photographing a track meet). UCLA/USC students are a notch down. If I had children and the choice was between sending them to UCLA/USC vs giving them a film camera and $ to travel the world for 4 years - it would be the later. There are very few colleges in USA still worth attending. Williams is one due to history, location, setting, STEM, Athletics, extra curricular, housing, food. I know some ucla upperclassmen still living in dorm room of 5, 8 people. 👎

Students at Williams seem so genuine and nice... when I visited in 2007, it was one of the best campus visit experiences I had.

I spent a lot of hours on the campus as my father had work collaborations there. I love the town, but I probably won’t apply there.
